Bernex in France is a large resort with 15 lifts (3 chair lifts, 12 surface lifts) that offers skiers an incredible 1000 meters (3282 feet) of vertical descent. Bernex has 22 slopes. There are 20 kilometers (12 miles) of cross-country ski trails at Bernex. Is a charming mountain village, nestled at the foot of the Dent d’Oche, between lake and mountains, spreads ilts traditional buildings and many chalets on the Gavot plateau just a few kilometers from Evian-les-Bains. When Bernex ski resort wear is white coat, all snow activities are permitted from sledding to snowboarding through snowshoeing and downhill skiing or cross country skiing.

With 19 ski slopes totaling 30 kilometers and 12 lifts (including 3 chairlifts), the Bernex ski area ranges from 1,000 to 1,900 meters above sea level.
Mainly exposed on the north-west, the Bernex ski slopes will delight skiers and snowboarders of all levels. The less comfortable on their skis will start on the exercise lifts (ski lifts of La Mouille, La Pallud, La Lèche and Grouse) and on the 4 green slopes ideally arranged and drawn to allow initiation to ski in excellent conditions.
But Bernex is also an excellent playground for good skiers since 2/3 of the ski slopes are for them. Indeed, experienced skiers will follow curves and turns on the 7 red slopes offering great difficulty while the more experienced will not hesitate to hit the 4 black tracks alternating between bumps walls, steep slopes and movements of land cleverly distilled while along their paths. Take the direction to the sector of Lake Pelluaz to chain descents on the Pelluaz, La Variante and Les Chalets Verts ...
Nestled at the foot of the Dent d'Oche, Bernex is a charming village resort with 1350 inhabitants at an altitude of 1000 m at 13 km from Evian-les-Bains and 21 km from Thonon-les-Bains, the Bernex peaks offer an unforgettable panorama of Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc.
Family resort for young and old , the ski area offers 19 tracks all levels with 1000m of elevation, breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva from the top of the resort, Pelluaz.
The town is characterized by generous nature that allows to satisfy the whole family. On one side, Lake Geneva 12 km away, allows water sports enthusiasts of all kinds and lakeside strolls to be filled, on the other, the Chablaisian massif which surrounds the plateau of Gavot, offers a recreational area out of the ordinary for lovers of the great alpine spaces.
Four snowshoe trails marked out but not monitored will allow you to discover the mountain in winter otherwise and since 2015: the installation of a covered ice rink in the heart of the village.
