Yes, our ski equipment is recent (maximum 3 years old), from major ski brands and checked thoroughly before they are given out to customers. All our partner shops were selected because they applied the NF AFNOR X50-007 standard.
Unfortunately, we do not give any discounts if you only hire part of a package.
Yes, you can pick up your equipment the day before your first rental day from 5:30 pm, subject to availability at the shop.
Log into your account with your personal ID. You will find all your bookings and you can print your voucher or invoice again.
You can modify these items with your booking. Log in to your account with your login details and modify the personal information of your group members. The ski shop will be notified of changes automatically.
If you would like to change dates, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to ask us to change the date of your first ski day. We will then notify the ski shop.
Check your confirmation emails are not in the Spam or Junk Mail folder of your mailbox. You can also email us at email@example.com to have them sent again.
You can reset your password very easily. Click on "Forgotten password" in the customer account area and enter the email address with which you have registered. We will send you your password directly to your mailbox.
